Qigong as a way of life
Qigong is a beautiful, centuries-old self-care practice that combines mindful movement with breath and awareness. It purifies the body and mind and opens one to the natural flow of vital energy available to all.
Stress and change are unavoidable parts of life. Qigong practice offers a way to meet challenges with greater awareness and choice. Through regular practice, people often feel more rooted in the present moment, with a growing sense of well-being and connection.
If you’re drawn to a slower, more attentive way of living, this work may be for you.
I offer one-on-one qigong sessions and group practice online and in northern Arizona, supporting people in developing a steady, personal relationship with qigong.

What steady qigong practice can support
People come to qigong for many reasons. Over time, a consistent practice supports a deeper relationship with the body and with inner life.
As people learn qigong movements and principles, many experience reduced stress, a clearer sense of direction and greater vitality. The greatest wealth is health!
With continued practice, emotional patterns that once felt stuck can soften and loosen their grip, allowing intuition to become clearer.
As this space opens, qualities such as patience, compassion and enjoyment often emerge naturally — not through effort but through the practice.
Ways to work together
This work is offered in a few different ways, depending on what you’re needing at this time.
Individual sessions
One-on-one sessions offer personalized guidance, developed in response to your body, energy and life circumstances. Each session focuses on what is most supportive for you right now, honoring your pace and capacity.
Group practice
Group qigong offerings are held throughout the year. Practicing together can make qigong feel more accessible and easier to sustain over time, while sharing the experience with others helps deepen understanding and connection.
